Chatoyant's Return Policy
All sales are not subject to a refund. Only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. Buyer pays for return shipping. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and untampered with in order for it to be returnable. All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect merchandise for damages once the goods are received. Claims for any damage must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Damage claims made after 5 days may not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please contact us with any further questions about our return policy.

To cancel orders placed with us at Chatoyant, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page.
Chatoyant's Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. For orders including in-stock and pre-ordered items, please specify in the comment section whether you would like us to partial ship, ship in specific groups, or ship when the order is complete. We only charge you for the merchandise we ship on the day we ship out, NOT when you place your order.
