Return Policy

All sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges. Shipping and handling are non refundable (including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages). All sales are not subject to a refund. We are not responsible for packages after they leave our facilities.

Shipping Policy

Generally the goods will be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. The goods will be delivered within 6-15 working days. Delivery time will be slightly effected by local delivery arrangements. Thanks for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Charmo, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
