Shipping & Return Policy
- Claims for any damage must be made within 5 days after the tracking number showed delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Please email us providing images of the damages, invoice number and company name we will generate the RMA#)
- ALL REFUNDS ARE STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We do not accept any unauthorized return package. Each return package need a unique RMA#
- We do not accept any return/exchange for non-defective items.
- Return items must be in new condition and must be in a complete pack, in the original packaging with all parts included. And RMA#
- If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
- THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN AND ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.
- PRIVATE LABEL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL
- "SALE ITEMS" ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS
-THE STORE CREDITS LAST FOR 60 DAYS. AFTER 60 DAYS, THE STORE CREDITS WILL BE EXPIRED.

-Charming Bunny is not responsible for any lost packages
-In stock orders will be shipped out 1-2 business days after payment has been made
-Any orders placed or charged after 3pm PST will be shipped out the next day.
-Expedited orders must be placed before 12pm PST
-package arrival date is not guaranteed. arrival date is based on estimate provided by shipping services (i.e UPS, FEDEX, USPS, ETC.)
-Buyers are responsible for providing up to date and accurate shipping address
1. To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by EMAIL or sending a MESSAGE through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
2. We do not accept any cancel request after the order has been processed.
3. For the orders which are processed but have payment issues, CHARMING BUNNY would contact the buyers for the payment. The order would be cancelled with a cancellation fees if we do not receive any response from the buyers within 72 hours.
