Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final
1. Claims for any damage must be made within 7 days after receiving the merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Please email us providing images of the damages, invoice number and company name)
2. We do not accept any return/exchange for non-defective items.
3. Return items must be in new condition and must be in a complete pack, in the original packaging with all parts included.
4. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
5. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
FOR NON-PRE_ORDER ITEM: Items would be shipped within 2 shipping days.
FOR PRE-OREDER ITEM: Due to COVID-19, our process time would be slower than usual. Once your order is placed, Please allow 5-15 business days for us to fully prepare your order.CHARMING BUNNY is not responsible for any missing/lost package. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery.
To cancel orders placed with us at Charming Bunny, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
