REGARDING ALL RETURNS PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL FOR PROPER RETURN AUTHOIZATIONS.
COMPANY NAME, ORDER NUMBER, STYLE NUMBER, QUANTITY, PICTURES, AND A REASON FOR RETURN, BECAUSE ALL RETURNS ARE TIME SENSITIVE, WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU PROMPT RESPONSE.
All cancellation must be made BEFORE shipping. 20% Restock Fee will be applied and we will NOT refund or store credit the shipping/handling fee. And the customer will be responsible for returning merchandise, shipping/handling fee. This applies to ALL BACKORDERS! ALL BACKORDERS WILL SHIP AUTOMATICALLY! CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CANCELLATION, EVEN IF IT'S AN OLD ORDER.
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchange or store credit may be offered.
Any store credit MUST be used within 3 months period of the Return Authorization number (RA#) given. It is no longer valid after the 3 month period expires.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition. If the merchandise is in opened and tampered condition, there will be a minimum of 20% restocking fee.
All returns must be made within 7 days of reception date or a 20% restocking fee will be applied after 7 days.
All returns without proper return determination,we have no fault in returned merchandise, will be subject to 20% restock fee with no refund on shipping and handling fee.
No refund or store credit will be issued after 15 days of reception date. Absolutely no returns for special orders.
Any COD payments that are refused will be subject to DOUBLE shipping and handling charge. Shipping and handling for sending and returning fee, and we will not process any remaining orders until shipping and handling fee is paid.
Claims for any DAMAGE, FACTORY DEFECTS, or MISSING MERCHANDISE must be made within 2 days upon reception of package. And all merchandise returned for refund or store credit must be in the original packaging.
Once return label is sent to the customer to the agreed returned item and quantity, if the customer sends more than what was confirmed, it will not be refunded or store credited.
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.
Prices on the website do not include shipping and handling fees.
Any orders placed after 8:00 AM will start processing the next business day- no exceptions. ALL orders require at least 2 business days to process in order to confirm the availability of the items. This applies to any shipping method- UPS ground, USPS, and CARGO. Due to previous issues, we do not offer UPS Next Day, 2ND Day Air, and 3RD Day Air. For any special instructions, please use the "customer notes" section before checking out and we will try our best to fulfill your request but please understand that not all requests may be fulfilled.
We offer the COD payment option (Cashier's Check, Money Order), for customers with a good consecutive 6 month history and a minimum of at least 5 orders processed with our company- not based on history with other vendors on LA Showroom. Unfortunately, we do not accept Company Check and Wire Transfer.
Due to the high demand of our products, our inventory changes quickly. It is possible for an item to show "IN STOCK" when you place your order, but could be back ordered or out of stock by the time your order starts processing. If an item shows "IN STOCK", it is either in stock in our warehouse, or through our manufacturer. Please remember that we are distributors, NOT manufacturers. If it is in stock through our manufacturer, we will order the style from them, and they will send it to us- we have no control over how long it may take for them to send us the style. As soon as we receive the style, we will fill your order. Any styles with pre-order dates are ESTIMATED DATES given to us by our manufacturers- they may come in earlier or get delayed due to manufacturing issues. It is possible that our manufacturers may stop the production for some styles (even with pre-order dates), so we highly recommend not to pre-sell to your customers. Please note that these dates are given to us by our manufacturers, therefore we have no control over the changes. Please contact our customer service department via phone, email, or LA Showroom message for more accurate details.
- ALL cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Once it has left our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel. Cancellations must be requested by the customer (unless the merchandise is sold out this does not include back order items). The cancellation request should only be made by e-mail or LA Showroom message. This will be useful for any future references if for some reason a canceled order is accidentally shipped out. If an order is not canceled, we are authorized to ship them out.
