Shipping & Return Policy
Please take note that all sales are final, and it is important to inspect the goods upon receipt. Any claims or demands regarding the received goods must be filed within 5 days of receipt and must be approved by us. After 5 days, no returns will be accepted. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that have been altered from their original delivered form. If notice is not given within 5 days, it will be considered as acceptance of the goods, and all claims by the buyer will be waived.
To file a claim, kindly submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via email at [email protected] Please reach out to us to request the RMA form. Any damage claim must be supported by pictures of each damaged item. Errors in items or pricing must also be reported within 5 days.
If the damage claim is approved, we will provide a return label. Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue store credits for the approved items. Please note that the original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. For non-damage-related returns, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original value will be imposed.
It is important to keep all labels, hangtags, trims, belts, and other items intact to be eligible for returns or exchanges. If any items are altered from their original delivered form, we will not be able to process the return.

We make every effort to process orders promptly, but please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. To ensure timely delivery, we advise you to place your order in advance. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
If you need to cancel an order, kindly reach out to us via phone, email, or through the messaging system on our website. To ensure prompt processing, please make cancellation requests on the same day the order was placed. Please take note that cancellations require authorization before order completion, and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise and handling.
Once the cancellation is approved, it will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status". Please allow up to 48 hours for the cancellation to be processed and reflected in your account.
