Return Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges or store credit are allowed.

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition and full packaging.

Merchandise purchased from other specialty or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased

To file a claim for damages, returns, or exchanges on a wholesale purchase you must obtain a return authorization number (RA) ?Please send an email to [email protected] with the reason for return, company name, invoice number, style number, quantity, sizing + image (if damaged or defective)

There is a 20% restocking fee for any items returned without an RA, refused/unaccepted package(s) or beyond the 7-day grace period. We recommend that all customers inspect their goods promptly upon delivery in case of damage or unexpected issues.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A return label or call tag will be provided for items being returned due to a manufacturer�s defect or incorrectly shipped packages. Should the return not pertain to these reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Order cancellations can be requested by phone to (323)238-0852. No cancellations will be accepted after order has shipped.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Cello Jeans, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
