Shipping & Return Policy
At CECI BLOOM we try to do our best to make our customers happy with our services.
We only accept returns if the handbag and accessories have been damaged or you have received the wrong order. All tags must be included when the product is returned.
All sales are final.
Here are steps on returning a wrong/damaged item(s) back to us:
Contact us with your ORDER ID number and the style number(s) of the handbag(s) that is/are damaged or wrong.
Please indicate if you want us to send the same/correct style(s) back to you or if you would prefer a store credit for you to use on your next purchase.
We do not accept used or worn products for return. We do not accept returns for products other than defect or damaged during transit. We do not accept sequined bags for return as they are very delicate items except special circumstances.
Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee from the total invoice amount in addition to the shipping charges for both ways.
If you decide on getting a replacement for your damaged handbag(s), we will send you a return label with your replacement handbags. It will be inside the box that contains the replacement. THE ITEM TAG MUST BE INCLUDED BEFORE BEING RETURNED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST IF THIS IS NOT INCLUDED.
If you decide on getting a store credit, we will issue a store credit to your account and you will receive an e-mail with a gift certificate code that you can use upon checkout of your next order.
Damaged handbag(s) must be returned back to us with the original product tag intact so that we can issue a replacement or a store credit.
The most important part of returning a handbag(s) is to notify us within 24-48 hours after you have received your order. If the handbag(s) that you claim to be damaged or wrong is more than more than 7 days after you received your order, then we won't be able to honor your request.

We will try to resolve the matter so that you, as a customer, can be satisfied.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Isabella Chantel, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
