We do enforce an "all sales are final" Policy
If your items are damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. we will work with you to replace the items timely. Absolutely no cash refunds.
If an exchange is needed, we will work with you on a cash-by cash basis.
it is the customers' responsibility to return the item to our facility.
Price on your invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.
If you have received the wrong items(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
