Shipping & Return Policy
You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase,
if you want to receive a refund or exchange please follow these steps:
1.You must return the item within 7 days after the original purchase date as indicated on the receipt
2..You must have the original receipt and our original package.
3.All components must be included, (i.e. wires, chargers, etc.). See Return Exceptions below.
4.Fill out the store return form, which will include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. The information on the form will only be used to process your return or by corporate headquarters which possibly may contact you to learn about your customer experience and verify the return.
5.If you choose to exchange the item for a more expensive item than the item you had originally purchased, then you would owe the difference in price, and if you choose to exchange the item for a less expensive item than the one you had originally purchased, then you will receive a refund for the difference.

* Custom products and products that have been personalized
* Consumable items such as batteries
* special factory order item ( when customer request special quantities)
* Items that are damaged or abused or had been subject to liquid damage
* Items showing any clearly visible damage (e.g. the item is either broken, cracked, smashed, etc.) as a result of an external force
* Items that are missing a component or accessories, such as cords or cables
* An unapproved modification added to the item, such as personalization, etching, or engraving
* An unapproved item disassembly which exposes internal components of the item which are intended to remain within protective casing (e.g. electronic circuitry of a charging device
All return shipping charges must be prepaid unless the item received was defective or you received an item other than the item you ordered. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due on return shipments and we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries

A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.
If you cancel an order, the time required to remove the authorization is determined by the financial institution that issued your card.

To cancel orders placed with us at Case Factory USA, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
