Phone orders are NOT accepted, all purchases must be done through the site. Warehouse pickup is available for local buyers, however we no longer have a physical store location.

* A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3-5 DAY PROCESSING TIME , starting from the day AFTER your order is placed (weekends not included) plus time in transit .

Local Delivery : Per our policy orders under 200 are shipped by UPS orders over 200 incur a 5 dollar hand delivery fee.

Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order is placed and or prior to being marked as shipped. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise if canceled after a status change of "in progress" within our stated processing time.
