ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
* All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (2) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company.
* A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
* All Stone caps are final sale, no returns or exchanges
* Price on invoice includes shipping and a handling fee of 3.5% , which are NON- refundable under any circumstances.
NOTE: UPS account holders are still subject to a handling fee
*Any other shipping method other than UPS Ground (3-7 business days) can be chosen with approval. Please contact vendor.
NOTE: American Express and Discover cards are subject to an additional $15 fee.

To cancel orders placed with us in LAShowroom.com, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
