Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. The return and exchange of non-defective items due to mind change only cannot be accepted. Only defective items can be refunded. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as the goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

September 29 - October 6, 2023 is a Chinese holiday. We will not ship during this time.�

We conduct product re-inspection before shipping. If the product does not meet our quality standards after inspection, we will not ship it. This may result in the product you ordered being out of stock and not being shipped. �Customers may not be notified if a product is out of stock and cannot be shipped.��

The product you ordered will be shipped from the buyoom Fashion warehouse in Shanghai, China. Your order will shipping by UPS or Fedex. We would like to inform you about our logistics cost calculation method, which is based on the weight and volume of the purchased items. As the total weight and volume of the purchase increase, the unit price of logistics costs decreases.�Your bags order will be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA. If you ordered a combination of apparel and bags, they will be shipped separately from different locations.�

For your reference, the shipping fee for a purchase of $200 is expected to be $3.9�per pound. We also offer discounts of 10%�for orders over $500, and a 30% increase in shipping costs for orders under $200. Unite states mainland only.�For locations outside the mainland�United States, please contact us.�The minimum for shipping fee is $25.�In order to save on logistics costs, your order will be shipped in plastic packaging. Please let us know in advance if you would like box packaging, in which case the logistics costs will be increased by 40% based on weight and volume.��This is based on using UPS. For fedex,�please contact us.�This shipping rate is valid until October 31, 2023.�

Your order will start shipping by UPS or Fedex within approximately 3-5 business days from the date of your order.�The goods will be able to be delivered to your place around three�(3) - seven (9) business days after shipping. It may be different, depending on the logistics situation, natural disaster like storm,flood, earthquake etc. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at buyoom, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
