Shipping & Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly issue store credit for a return request submitted within 14 days upon receipt. Please email [email protected] and title the email �RETURN REQUEST " INVOICE#_______�. You will be responsible for shipping back the merchandise, undamaged and in original packaging and labels or a 25% restocking fee will be applied. All returns are issued for Bucketlist store credit only, no refunds will be given. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS Damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt for consideration. For damaged goods, please email [email protected] with photos of the damaged goods and include the invoice number, style number, color and sizing for review. A representative will follow up with instructions on how to proceed.
We offer a shipping option with UPS. Just note this in the Special Comments field on the Shipping Information page during checkout.
International clients may wish to use a freight forwarder.
*Quoted shipping cost is an estimate only. Charged shipping cost will never be more than quoted during checkout and is usually a bit less. Shipping charged on all backorder shipments. The total cost of shipping for an order will depend on the number of shipments needed to complete the order.
Backordered styles will ship as they arrive without contact from us unless you request otherwise in the Special Comments field on the order. Shipping charged on all backorder shipments.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes usually arrives within 5-8 business days.
Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 2:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM EST, 11:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

All packages are sent via UPS.
U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE
To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
Orders with Pre Order item(s) �" the items on your order that are In Stock will ship immediately by your chosen delivery method. The items on your order that are Pre Order will ship by your chosen delivery method as soon as the items become available.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. This email may go to your junk/spam folder.
To cancel an order, please contact Bucketlist as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately cancel your order.
If your order has shipped, we will issue a credit store as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
