Only exchanges or store credit will be allowed.

To be eligible for an exchange or to receive credit, the following is required:
All claims of damages or returns must be filed within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns, including damages made after 7 days will assess a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
Cancellations require authorization before order completion, and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
