We want to develop comfortable every-day clothing for women that allows for them to express their individuality, creativity, emotions and expressions at any given moment. As a flower blooms, we want all women to "blume" and embody their beauty and free spirit through our collection of body options, colorways and artwork to go beyond any season and all wardrobes.

Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. All holiday or seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Orders will generally be shipped within 3-10 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Blume & Co, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 1 hour of purchase. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 30% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. All holiday or seasonal items are final sale and cannot be cancelled.
