Return Policy

We only allow returns on defective items.
We allow returns on sale items, closeouts or special orders only if they are defective.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Packages that have been opened or are not in their original packaging are not accepted.
The original shipping and handling cost is only refundable for defective items.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within one or two business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Blue B, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
