Shipping & Return Policy
All requests must be requested within 12 days. Damaged or missing notice reports must be notified to us in 2 days. Anything after that, we unfortunately will not accept it.
All sales are not subject to a refund. Store credit or merchandise exchanges will be issued. (Except shipping)
If an order cancellation is necessary, please message us on la showroom stating the reason for the request of cancellation. This must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the merchandise is returned unopened.
If the package is returned in open condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
It is the customers responsibility to ship the products to our facility to exchange.
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.
No store credit is issued after 14 days.
Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise.
The price of the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling are non- refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages)
We ship USPS, we do not do same day service and no guarantee for ship date.
Orders will ship within 2-3 business days after full payment is made.
To cancel orders placed with us at Blondie Tees, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accesible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the cancleed merchandise for handling.
