Return Policy

- You are responsible for shipping your items back within 5 business days of receiving them, as indicated by the tracking number.
- Include an invoice in the return package.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
- Sales are typically final.
- Once we receive your items, returns are processed within 48 hours. Store credit will be issued within 48 hours after processing.
- Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can only be used to purchase items from our store.

Steps for returning your items:

2. Provide the following information when requesting a return:

Reason for return
3. We will then proceed with your return request.
4. Place your invoice in the return package.
5. Provide us with the tracking number once you ship your return.
6. We will process your return within 48 hours of receiving it.

Shipping Policy

For next business day shipping:

1. Orders must be placed by 11 AM PST, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Orders received by 12 PM PST are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
3. Orders received after 12 PM PST are shipped the next business day.
4. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with Black Pearl Clothing, please reach out to us via phone, through the "Message" system available at the top of any page, or by emailing [[email protected]]. Cancellation requests must be submitted on the same day the order was placed.
