Our company name Youmita comes from our owner, Youmi, who is the heart of our company. She is the brand, voice, and vision here at Youmita. Maybe a bit unorthodox, she has spent a lot of time doing her best to create products that represent her and Yoummita. 13 years later, her fingerprints are everywhere here at Youmita.
Fast fashion is the name of the game, which means times are constantly changing. With time comes constant change of trends, styles, and a sense of making changing or expanding our taste in fashion. Our mission at Youmita is to always bring you the best product possible at a reasonable price. As part of the Youmita family, we want to make sure that we can help to bring out the best possible version of you.

Shipping & Return Policy
To file a claim on damaged items, please email [email protected] for your return authorization (RA) Request.
Please include your Sales ID or Invoice No. in the subject line and the following information in the body:

We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged. All claims should be made within 2 business days of receipt of goods.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns.
There is a 20% restocking fee.
All sale items or discounted and ‘special order’ items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within the same day the order is placed.
All sales are not subject to a refund. Only store credit will be issued.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

To cancel orders placed with us at Best Underwear Line, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
