Return Policy

1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from confirmed order delivery date, on unopened packages with original manufacturer's seal.
2. Customer will assume return shipping costs.
3. Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.
4. No refunds. Exchange or merchandise credit only.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
6. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 2 business days from confirmed order delivery date.

Shipping Policy

1. Orders will generally ship the same day when payment information is received before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time. However, during high volume days, it may take up to 24 hours.
2. Orders will be shipped via the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made.
3. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order cancellations must be requested by phone or e-mail within 12 hours of checkout time.
2. No cancellations accepted after shipment.
