Meet the Maker: Hi I'm Beth, the owner and designer of Baubles by B

I'm a lifelong midwesterner and KU Alumni. After meeting and marrying my wonderful husband Buck, we settled in a suburb of Kansas City, where I work for a local police department. We have two amazing kids under 10, and our life can be crazy but I wouldn't have it any other way!

After my youngest was born in 2016, I was looking for a creative outlet and fell in love with lightweight jewelry- and Baubles by B was born! I am so blessed to continue my work in law enforcement and also run this business, where I have met so many amazing customers.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time, unless item is damaged or a mistake of the seller. If the item is damaged, products will be replaced or refunded by the seller. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact me within 72 hours of receipt.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. We can ONLY ship to the address you provide. Seller is not responsible if your address is not correct at checkout. If the item is returned to the seller due to wrong address, you will be charged shipping again for reshipment.

Shipping is a service you purchase from carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier, though we will help in any way possible to find any missing or lost packages. Insurance is not included in the order but buyer can request insurance before shipping.

Shipping Policy

Items are handmade and most are made to order, so please allow TWO WEEKS for processing on orders under $300 (processing is the time it takes to make and ship, and does not inlcude shipping time). Orders $400 or more may require another week of processing time. Please contact us before ordering if you are concerned about receiving items by a certain date. We try our best to ship out earlier than 2 weeks, and a lot of times do ship earlier, but processing will depend on the demand and number of orders we currently have.

Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at checkout. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the initial order. Please contact us by message or email to cancel. Seller has right to deny cancellation if order has already been made.
