Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a 20% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
No store credit or refund is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
Claims for any damage or shortage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Return and Exchange is not available for all sales item in 'On Sale' category.
Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling costs are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Shipping method will be chosen at the time we are shipping out depends on actual shipping cost. Requesting a specific method may occur additional shipping charge.
A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
$100~ $199.99 : $10.00 | $200 ~$299.99 : $15.00 | $300 ~$399.99 : $20.00 | $400 or more : $25.00

Oversized items may be subject to charge additional shipping cost.
Overnight pick up request has to be made by 12pm EST, so please do not request Overnight shipping.
This offer is valid in 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. This rate is available for UPS shipping only. $5 of residential surcharge will be added for all residential areas. $12.90 of COD service charge on each carton from UPS will be added for all COD orders. This rate will be applied based on original order amount. In order to apply flat rate amount, we can choose shipping carrier depends on the actual size and weight of a package, therefore, please leave a note if you want to choose any specific carrier. We usually ship via UPS Ground, but changes of shipping carrier can occur additional shipping cost. $5 of residential area surcharge from UPS will be added on all orders when customers create orders. It will be refunded for shipments to all commercial areas right after shipping process. Terms are subject to change without notice.

To cancel orders placed with us at Avenue Zoe, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
