Through building ART BOX up from humble beginnings, we were able to create a company that offers only the best service for large companies and independent businesses alike. For the last 20 years, we have continuously provided top quality merchandise with the most 'in vogue' styles of the ever-changing fashion industry.
ART BOX currently stocks only styles inspired from the most exclusive and modern brands. All product pieces are carefully selected to maintain a current collection--as we aim to cater to the tastes of our clientele. We take immense pride in what we do, which is reflected in both the products we provide to our clients and the service-oriented direction we are taking the company in.

Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - two (2) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at ART BOX, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
