Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

Claims for any damages must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and all returned items must be in original packaging with all parts included.
Return requests must be by written notice to the manufacturer. All returned merchandise will be refused if not accompanied with a Return Authorization.
Customers will assume all return shipping costs and a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
All promotional and sale items are final. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt credit or exchange.

All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 days upon receiving the order.
Store credit will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in its original package.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

Worn
Washed
Altered
Snagged
Ripped
Stained
Odors
Or any other damage caused by the receiver

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
You must receive the RA# from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RA#. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued.

Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to issue the refund faster without any confusion.

We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

All other returns that surpasses the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Preordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder for a full refund to method of payment please do so prior to the available month.


TERMS & CONDITIONS
Buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions for all ArielUSA brands. Order is processed upon order date and may not be canceled without authorization. Goods will ship out within 2 to 3 business days upon order date. Buyer will NOT be contacted for secondary approval on any immediate order or any orders. Buyer is responsible for payment in full according to the Payment Terms agreed in advance. Credit card charges will appear on statement as from ArielUSA, Inc. Refused/cancelled shipments will incur a 15% restocking fee depending on the ship status. Reorders may be subject to price increases.
Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
