We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If return is necessary, claims for any damage must be made within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included. It is customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange. Customer will assume return shipping costs and a 10% RESTOCKING FEE. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.)
Claims for any missing item must be made within 1 days upon receipt of merchandise. We won't be able to open a case for calls or messages received after 1 day upon receipt of merchandise.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment within 48 hours of order placed.
If you need to cancel your order after the order has been confirmed, a written (message) request must be submitted via LAShowroom message system.
All cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
