March 20, 2020 Update:
To our A.PEACH Family,
In compliance with the “Safer At Home” order issued by Los
Angeles County officials and the State of California Lockdown
Order due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to flatten the
curve, A.PEACH, will be closed temporarily until April 19, 2020
or until further notice. This will take into effect immediately.
With this order, shipments will be delayed until April 19, 2020
or until further notice. We are currently in contact with our buyers
from all over the US and outside of the US to inform, update,
make changes. Please know that this is a temporary situation in
order to help flatten the curve as much as possible and we are
looking forward to getting back to business as much as you all are.
As one city and one state, we are all in this together. Let’s do our
part to contain and prevent the spread of the COVID-19, by comply-
ing with the government as much as possible. Professionals in the
health care sector are risking their lives away from family and
friends, let us do our part by staying in as much as possible. Let us
be one especially for our frontliners during this difficult time.
We appreciate and thank you for all of the support and cooperation
under these circumstances.

Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
To receive a return authorization (RA) request, submit a claim within 7 business days to [email protected] and [email protected] All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags still attached. Return labels are only issued for damages.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 business days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
