Return Policy

All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only store credit may be issued.

Claims for all damage must be made within 7 days upon receiving the merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

A store credit eligible item(s) is any item that is: UNWORN and in perfect factory, original condition (unaltered and undamaged), with all tag(s) attached and in the original packaging. You must not destroy or lose any of the packaging.

You may return unwanted items that we have authorized within 7 days of receiving along with a minimum of a 30% restocking fee and customer has responsibility to pay return shipping.

Additional shipping charge of $16.40 per box will be applied without notice when there is an address corrections by UPS due to wrong address that is given.

Some of our products may contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. We will not issue a refund or store credit for this reason.

All sales are not subject to refund. ONLY defective or wrong items are subject to store credit. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery date.

We DO NOT accept unauthorized returns.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Unfortunately, sometimes orders get sent back to us due to a number of factors. If one of the factors is a mistake on our end, we will gladly send the order back on our dime of course. However, please note that a factor being the fault of the customer, the customer would be responsible to cover the return shipping back to us. As well as shipping once again back out to customer. If the customer would no longer want the order at that point, the customer would still be responsible for the return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee.
