Shipping & Return Policy
1. All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only store credit may be issued.
2. Claims for all damage must be made within 7 days upon receiving the merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
3. A store credit eligible item(s) is any item that is: UNWORN and in perfect factory, original condition (unaltered and undamaged), with all tag(s) attached and in the original packaging. You must not destroy or lose any of the packaging.
4. You may return unwanted items that we have authorized within 7 days of receiving along with a minimum of a 15% restocking fee and customer has responsibility to pay the return shipping.
5. Additional shipping charge of $12.5 per box will be applied without notice when there is an address corrections by UPS due to wrong address that is given.

Once the package leaves the possession of ANZELL and is in the possession of the shipping carrier ANZELL has no control over the package and will not be held liable for undelivered or lost packages.
We will however assist the customer in attempting to locate the package and file a claim with the shipping company if necessary. Any refunds issued by the shipping company will be paid to the customer.
Some of our products may contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.(PROP 65) We will not issue a refund or store credit for this reason. All sales are not subject to refund. ONLY defective or wrong items are subject to store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery date.
