Shipping & Return Policy
1. All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only store credit may be issued.
2. Claims for all damage must be made within 7 days upon receiving the merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
3. A store credit eligible item(s) is any item that is: UNWORN and in perfect factory, original condition (unaltered and undamaged), with all tag(s) attached and in the original packaging. You must not destroy or lose any of the packaging.
4. You may return unwanted items that we have authorized within 7 days of receiving along with a minimum of a 15% restocking fee and customer has responsibility to pay the return shipping.
5. Additional shipping charge of $12.5 per box will be applied without notice when there is an address corrections by UPS due to wrong address that is given.
Orders containing shoes and other merchandise may be split and shipped separately as some shoe orders take 2-3 business days to process. Additional shipping charge of $15.90 per box will be applied without notice when there is an address corrections by UPS due to wrong address that is given
Once the package leaves the possession of ANZELL and is in the possession of the shipping carrier ANZELL has no control over the package and will not be held liable for undelivered or lost packages.
We will however assist the customer in attempting to locate the package and file a claim with the shipping company if necessary. Any refunds issued by the shipping company will be paid to the customer.
To cancel orders placed with us in LAShowroom.com, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the Message system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the Order Status section under Status after they have been approved.
