Return Policy

RETURNS
Anna-Kaci allows returns on every retailer's first order only. Retailers have 14 days from the date they receive their complete order to reach out to Anna-Kaci to request a return. Retailers are responsible for the return shipping costs for the return. Refund amount will exclude any shipping charges for the order.

EXCHANGES
Item exchanges are allowed for damaged or defective items only.

Eligibility for Exchanges
1. Retailer must reach out and request for an exchange for damaged items within 14 days after receiving their complete order.
2. Images of the damaged item must be provided as evidence before the exchange request is honored.
3. The exchanged item will be the same color and size as the original defective item unless the item is no longer in stock. If the exchanged item is no longer in stock, an exchange for a different color or size for the same item can be made.
4. Anna-Kaci will cover the return shipping and exchange shipping cost in these scenarios.

Shipping Policy

Lead Ship Time For All Orders: 11-14 days.

A single order cannot be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

We may remove items from your order if any items are out of stock and notify and refund you accordingly.

Orders may ship from multiple warehouses depending on the location of the buyer and location of stocked goods. The method chosen will be the one that gets to the buyer the fastest. Orders will typically be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

Cancellation Policy

Retailers have 48 business hours to request for a cancellation of their order. After 48 business hours, orders will be fulfilled as normal. Please contact us by sending a message with your order number.
