Shipping & Return Policy
All sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted unless they meet the requirements below.
Products damaged before arrival are applicable for returns or exchanges but only within 5 business days of the received date. Returns and exchanges must be approved by Adora Design Corp before being sent; otherwise, Adora Design Corp will not accept the return or exchange from the shipping carrier.
Once Adora Design Corp receives the return or exchange, the dress must be in unworn condition - no stains, no odors. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless it is determined by Adora Design Corp that the product arrived damaged or defective. Items on sale or discounted prices are final and not refundable under any circumstance. Adora Design Corp reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Standard processing time for orders are 2 business days and transit time varies depending on shipping method and location; whereas USPS orders will take up to 7 business days to process.
Order and shipping details cannot be modified once the order has been processed.
Adora Design Corp is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Adora Design Corp reserves the right to refuse orders.
Orders can only be canceled if the order has not been shipped. To cancel orders placed with us at Adora Design, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
