Shipping & Return Policy
Please check immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days from the confirmed order delivery date.
No return will be allowed without prior written authorization. No returns will be accepted without RA number and/or Label.
All sales of items marked as "SALE" or have been discounted are FINAL and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
SAME DAY Cancellations MUST be called in(213-519-9630) for approval before 13:30pm PST. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS' PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL LABEL. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

To cancel orders placed with us at Active Basic, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
