Shipping & Return Policy
Please note that we will make NO EXCEPTIONS to the following return policy.
It is your responsibility to inspect each item upon its arrival to your store.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL! We only accept returns under the following conditions:
� Aaron & Amber allows customers to return items within 2 days of receiving your product regarding merchandise defect ONLY.
� Return items must be in original condition with all parts included.
� You must notify us in writing at [email protected] with your company name, PO number, which style/pieces were damaged, reason for return and a photo of the piece with the issue.
� Any returns received by Aaron & Amber without a return authorization issued by Aaron & Amber will not be accepted!
� Only damaged items can be exchanged or replaced with store credit upon damage request.
� If your return qualifies we will send you return instructions via email

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
o cancel orders placed with us at Aaron & Amber, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
