Order will be updated within an estimated processing time of 5-6 business days (8-10 business days during holiday/busy seasons. During the virus, the order processing time may be extended.).
When your order ships you will get a tracking number and will be able to track that number with in 24-48 hours.

Shipping & Return Policy
You have any complaints about the product. Please contact E.SHOW 5 working days after receiving the package. No response beyond the date. Unauthorized returns without refunds. Contact E.SHOW for return address. Any return other than the wrong style or color will be subject to a return fee(20%) . "Please return the goods to: (Contact customer service for the address) at your own expense. All items must be in the original packaging and must include a printed copy of the invoice, otherwise the packaging will be rejected or a restocking fee (10%-20% of the order) will result. We will refund after receiving and checking the contents of the package. Please note: the selling price includes Handling fee, the Handling fee is 3% of the price, we will not charge Handling fee additional. but any refund will deduct the Handling fee by default. Please send the order back to us 24-48 hours after receiving the return policy and provide the tracking number. OTHERWISE, we charge a 10 % return charge for every additional 24 hours. Up to 40% will be charged.

To cancel orders placed with us at E-Show, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
