Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
(1) For all returns or exchanges, must request an RA from 5besties. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a company issued RA. Please allow 2-3 business days to process return requests. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA). All returns/exchanges will be refused in not accompanied with a Return Authorization.

(2) All sales are NOT subject to a refund. There will be NO Exceptions to the rule. Exchange or in house credit only.

(3) 5besties will only accept return/exchange items within 3 days of the original delivery that have not been worn, altered, washed or damaged by the customer.

(4) All returns must be shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of RA.

(5) NO store credit is issued items that were received by the customer more than 15 days.

(6) The items must also be return /exchanged in the original packaging material. We cannot replace or provide a store credit for any item(s) that are altered in any way from its original condition.

(7) Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise and the customer must provide with any and all additional information within 3 days for full store credit.

(8) 30% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 3 days of receipt of goods.

(9) $25.00 charge for any returned checks.

(10) Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

(11) Final Sale /Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. All the items in our sale category has been reduced in price, therefore, they are not eligible for a return or exchange.

(12) Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. Please contact us for a Return Authorizations (RA) number and goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from our company.

(13) All returning packages must have the RA number clearly written on the outside of the returning package.

(14) Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on all returned items that are not a result of 5besties' error.

(15)"IMPORTANT NOTICE" - We do not hold merchandise without payment.

(16)We charge return shipping + 30% restocking fee for COD RETURN or UNAUTHORIZED RETURN.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel orders placed with us at 5besties, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
