Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including returns of non-defective items, must be made within three days after receipt of the goods. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization, as goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Please note that to prevent fraudulent returns, we do not refund shipping costs for non-obvious quality issues, and a restocking fee of up to 30% of the merchandise value may be applied. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within four to seven business days after full payment is received, contingent upon product availability. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 4 to 7 days, with compensation provided for any delays beyond this timeframe. In cases where inventory issues necessitate splitting an order, advance notification will be sent via internal messaging. Shipping will be carried out according to the selected method during checkout, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Please note that each order is limited to one delivery address, and due to weight restrictions, items may be shipped in multiple boxes with separate tracking numbers. We do not accept external shipping labels or offer self-pickup delivery methods.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order placed with 519bset, please get in touch with us via phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. It is important to request cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. As part of our standard procedure to prevent payment fraud, we pre-authorize your funds before processing the order. Once the processing of your order has commenced, cancellation is not possible. Please be advised that a 25% handling fee may be applied to canceled merchandise. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after approval.
