Return Policy

*All sales are not subject to a refund. Only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. * If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to 1st-Urbanfit must be approved before any order can be cancelled. * If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum of a 10% restocking fee. * It is the customer's responsibility in some cases, to bring the products to our facility for an exchange. * Store credit will not be issued after 7 fays of receiving the merchandise. (Absolutely no return for special orders) * Claims for any damage must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original; packaging with all parts includes, in order to avoid the 10% restocking fee. * In the case of a damaged or missing item, customer must notify 1st-urbanfit within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise in order to receive credit. * Price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling frees. * Shipping and handling cares are non-refundable. (Including but not Limited to all refused and unaccepted packages) * 1st-urbanfit will not be responsible nor will accept damaged merchandised due to the tampering or changing of labels.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer requests an order cancellation or change, written notification is required within 24 hours from the order date was placed.
