Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at 1clique co.! We gladly accept returns or exchanges on our full-priced item(s) if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of purchase, provided the item(s) are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. We will not accept items if the tags have been detached.

For item(s) returned after the specified 7 days of purchase or that do not meet our policy outlines we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed.

FAULTY ITEMS
Customers are entitled to a full refund within the 7 days of purchase if goods turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, will not be eligible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

Please contact us via email [email protected] to claim a return. Please provide your Order No. as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution. We will contact you via email to confirm the next actionable steps within 2 working days.

REFUNDS
We are not obliged to provide you a refund until we receive the product(s) back from you or we receive evidence (such as proof of postage) from you that you have sent the item(s) back to us. Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable and we deduct a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns.

If your return has been rejected for any of the reasons stated in our policy, your item(s) will be returned to you along with a letter outlining the reason(s). If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within approximately 3-7 days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

All orders are shipped as ready. Any pre-order items will be shipped once they become available.
It is our priority to deliver orders complete and on schedule. We value our customer’s time and want to make sure your experience is seamless. That is why we have chosen UPS exclusively for our main shipping carrier.

�-� UPS Ground Shipping - Delivery within 7 business days for orders placed by 10AM PST, MON-FRI.
�-� UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery within 3 business days for orders placed by 10AM PST, MON-FRI.
�-� UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 10AM PST, MON-FRI.
�-� UPS Next Day Air - Delivery within 1 business day for orders placed by 10AM PST, MON-FRI. (Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska.)

To cancel orders placed with us at 1clique co., please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
