Shipping & Return Policy
1.All our Products are considered custom-made products. We hope for your understanding that, without reasonable quality issues, we are unable to provide returns or refunds.
Regarding clothing quality issues, the following situations are not considered serious quality issues, small loose threads, minor snags, tiny thread ends, small stains, and slight odors (some fabrics may have a special odor due to unique processing, which typically dissipates after washing).
2.IF there is any damage, missing items, or incorrect product sent, please contact us. We will promptly assist you with the issue.
All claims, All returns must be received in original packaging. In Unworn and un "tried on" condition.
3.All claims must be made within (3) days after receipt of goods.To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email [email protected] for your return authorization request. Please include your Invoice# in the subject line and the following information in the body.

We will reply immediately upon receiving the email. Confirm if it is possible to return the item and provide the Return Authorization number,Please contact us for a Return Authorization number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without an Authorization number.
4.Once the products arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected and checked within 1 business day. If they meet the conditions, a refund will be processed promptly
We ship from California. Based on customer distribution, We may explore opening new shipping warehouses.we will dispatch your items in the most suitable manner. However, we do not offer the option to select a specific courier service, and we do not accept the use of your own shipping labels.
Customized products require 6-10 business days for production, and we will ship them within 1-3 business days after production is completed. In case of any delays, we will contact you through our messaging system.
We do not accept rush orders! All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot expedite them. We will make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. If any items are out of stock, we will only charge you for the items that have been shipped, and if necessary, we will communicate with you through our internal messaging system.
We will inform you of the shipping costs through order status updates and email notifications. Please rest assured. Currently, we support DHL, UPS, and FedEx for shipping.
After the order was shipped, any address change is not allowed. We will overcharge $20, if we found customer change address after we shipped order.
Please note that a single order cannot be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel an order placed with us at 1 Aria, please contact us via the "Messages" system at the top of any page.
Please note: Many of our dresses are custom-made products, and by default, orders are considered non-cancelable after payment.
1.Cancellation of an order requires authorization before payment is made.Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
2.Confirmed canceled orders will be reflected in the "Order Status" section after approval.
3.Orders that have already been shipped or have been packaged and are past the cancellation time cannot be canceled. Please be aware of this.
