In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, All returns must be received in original packaging. In Unworn and un "tried on" condition.
IF there is any damage, missing items, or incorrect product sent, please contact us. We will promptly assist you with the issue.

2.All claims must be made within (3) days after receipt of goods.To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email to us for your return authorization request. Please include your Invoice# in the subject line and the following information in the body.

We will reply immediately upon receiving the email. Confirm if it is possible to return the item and provide the Return Authorization number,Please contact us for a Return Authorization number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without an Authorization number.

3.All Authorization requests will be authorized or declined within 3 days of the receipt of merchandise.

Shipping Policy

1.We do not accept rush orders. Please understand. We do our best to process orders as soon as possible. However, due to super high volume of orders. Orders are expected to be shipped within 3~5 business days from payment authorized date.
2.All orders are processed on a first come-first serve basis, we are unable to jump the line
3.If payment is rejected/declined, we will contact you via email or page message to confirm again. If you do not reply to us as soon as possible within 8 hours of receiving the message, items ordered may be passed on to the next person in line
4. If an item is out of stock, you will only be billed for what is shipped, unfortunately our staff members are not able to call prior to processing your order. If you need a whole order of products then please make a note in your order.
5.We will send your goods in the most suitable way, but we do not provide the option to specify a courier service. If you have a designated shipping company, please notify us in advance, or we will choose the cheapest shipping company for you to ship.
