Shipping & Return Policy
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 BUSINESS DAYS upon receiving the order. Return refunds will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. FULL PACKS MUST ALL BE RETURNED. NO BROKEN PACKS RETURN. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs (Unless an item is defected).
Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of your package and the destination of where it's being shipped to. Our main shipping method is UPS or USPS (under customer's request) or even expedited method (under customer request). We strive our best to process and ship orders as soon as possible.
To cancel orders placed with us at Roommates, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
