Shipping & Return Policy
1. Please notify Bag Boutique for the manufacture defect item within 3 days of your receipt of the product with the invoice number. 2. Please do not alter products to disguise as a manufacture defect item. We do not accept the product that is not originally broken when delivered. We will give you a store credit for your defect items. 3. Please check your order thoroughly when you receive it. To make us put a claim on it with UPS when any item(s) is missing, leave the package and contents as is and contact us immediately. 5. Please return defective items within 3 days of your receipt of the product. We will not accept return for defective items without invoice. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. 6. We have the right to charge customers the shipping charges incurred including any restocking fees, if the package is returned to us in any case. Balance will be charged to the credit card on file. If balance is unpaid, appropriate actions will be taken to retrieve full payment of balance which includes but not limited to: Collection Agencies, Legal Services. 7. Final approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection by Bag Boutique of the product. 8. UPON INCORRECT ITEMS DELIVERED, WE WILL ISSUE RS LABEL AND STORE CREDIT FOR THEM. NO REPLACEMENT! 9. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE 10. NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS! ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL
Not able to accept cancellation after packing the ordered items.
To cancel orders placed with us at Bag Boutique, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
