Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Trending Times treasure our business relationship with our customers. however to service the customer better, we have some special terms need to mentioned.

1. Please provide legit reasons and solid facts for return request. Respect to serious business to business wholesale relationship, please do not put personal emotional reason for return. For example, trying to return the full order because do not like one or two pieces in the order. or try to use complimentary accessories as excuses to return the whole outfit. i.e. (Belt, Necklace ...).

2. All photos are copyrighted by our company and exactly presenting the products. However, the color will be only reflecting the color in professional studio light. or our employee's personal opinion for the color name. Please do not argue with color issue since change of environment lighting or minor name difference. i.e. colors under the sunlight will reflecting lighter color comparing to the colors under the room light. We won't consider the items not as described per the lighting issue.

3. All Items we are selling are as shown in pictures. For printed pattern clothing, only if specially mentioned as Digital Printing Positioning Print, else there will be inconsistent print however, we will guarantee the print is similar and from the same piece of fabric. Digital Printing Positioning Print apparel will be more pricey than regular print since the more waste of fabric will be generated. This is the nature of the apparel manufacturing and technique. We do not consider minor change like that as defective.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Customer may provide us there own UPS account number for shipping. (no Fedex Please), $5 handling fee will be charged for all shipment billing to customer's account under 10 lbs. $10 handling fee will be charged for those over 10lbs.

We are responsible for any defective items we are shipping out. However, all accessories of the products like belt, necklace are separate from the merchandise, if defective happened to accessories, we will send out replacement for free at vendor's cost. This situation won't be considered as defective reason against vendor.

In some cases, to make the customer get the order faster, we may ship the order by equivalent shipping method depending on carrier schedule change. If any special instruction for carrier delivery, please let us know in advance. for example USPS Mail Unaccepticle or UPS/Fedex Undeliverable area.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Trending Times, please contact us by phone and speak with a customer service agent. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. For orders within processing time, please understand, if cancellation requests made on the same day which products are shipping out we may not cancel the order to avoid the situation of shipping products but refund issued.
