THE HYSSOP's Return Policy
All sales are NOT subject to a refund. ONLY store credit. Claims for any damage must be made within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled. 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR STORE CREDIT after 7 days. Absolutely no returns for special orders.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.) Once a return label is issued, the customer has 7 business days to return the merchandise to us. The merchandise must arrive at our facility within 7 days upon receiving the return label otherwise there will be a 20% restocking fee. Return labels are issued ONLY for damaged or wrongly shipped items. All unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Authorization is obtained by emailing or calling us only. All other return issues such as sizing, quality or not as expected items do not qualify for a return label. Customers are still responsible for getting a return authorization for these items but no return label will be issued. Customers who receive authorization will receive full store credit but are responsible for shipping costs as well as returning the items within 7 days of receiving authorization.
THE HYSSOP's Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at THEHYSSOP, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
THE HYSSOP's Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
