Shipping & Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the package delivery date.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Suzie bag does not assume return shipping cost unless item is damaged.
All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return; customer will need to contact us prior to proceeding with a return. Customer will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number (RMA). The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Suzie bag is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
Unauthorized returns may be denied or the fee of $5.00 may be deducted per item from your return.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Suzie bag within the 7-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 30 days.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel orders placed with us in LAShowroom.com, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the Message system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the Order Status section under Status after they have been approved.Return Policy: In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five(5) days of receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
