Sofie and Peri was founded by retailers. We searched for an item that made a great add on or impulse item, as we were making bath bombs for exzema relief for our young nieces we decided to take the opportunity to create a brand for our shop. As the success grew we switched to full time Sofie and Peri businesses and away from retail. We have been in business for two years and are now in over 300 stores across the USA, Canada and Austria.
We partnered with a local organization in 2019 called Hope House. Through our partnership we employee members of our community that have experienced crisis and need steady employment to get back on their feet. Our investment in our community strives us to grow our business and focus on giving back all while creating high quality affordable all natural bath products.

Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Store credit or replacement items only no cash returns.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Sofie + Peri, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved
