Shipping & Return Policy
1. Goods must be counted and checked upon receipt. Claims and returns should be requested within 5 days of receipt of goods.
2. A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending back the goods. Send the RA request to [email protected] Once we receive the request, we will send you a RA form for you to fill out. Please complete the form and send it back to us. Merchandise should be returned within 5 days upon approval of Return Authorization.
3. Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 10 business days for our returns department to process. Refunds or credits will be issued once the return is processed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
1. Shipping Charges are not included on your primary invoice. Shipping will be added upon shipping of goods. Shipping chargesare calculated based on weight (lbs) and UPS rate.
2. We are currently ship to all US states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. We currently are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you want to use your own UPS or Fedex account or ship it to a Freight Forwarding services.
3. Packages that are returned to us due to refusal of package upon delivery or returned as "Return to Sender" will be charged you what it cost us to ship the package to you.
To cancel orders placed with us at Paparazzi by Biz, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
