Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by UPS, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. Orders placed AFTER 11AM PST cannot be guaranteed to be shipped out the same day. At Monaco Fashion, we try our best to ship to ship out all order the same day. However, based on volume of orders for the day, some orders may not ship out same day.
Free ground shipping applies to only DOMESTIC U.S. orders, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
For international customers, we will give 5% discount from your order.
To cancel orders placed with us at Monaco Fashion, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
