Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with us!

Return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of receipt. After 5 days, we cannot guarantee returns. Return credits / refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive it and they have been inspected by our team.

Returns must be unopened and come with all attachable or included materials such as bag straps, matching clutches, etc.

You must include order information with your return that includes your name, email, phone number and order # for your return to be processed.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are at the sole expense of the customer. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages).

Damages or shortages are not refundable - we will issue an in-house credit and work with you to replace it on your next order.

Clearance or specially marked down items are not eligible for refunds.

If you're returning and item because of damage, we require a photo to be sent to us before approving your return. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval. Please save the tracking number of your return so that we can help you keep track of your package en route back to us.


Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability. Orders will be shipped by the selected method, unless you are otherwise notified by our team prior to the label being created or adjusted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations prior to shipping must be submitted by the buyer in writing. All ship dates are estimated in house dates it is not an absolute shipping date. Any cancel dates for pre-order items must be submitted at the time of ordering. Due to high volume of orders on best selling styles, the estimated ship date may be pushed back to the next ship date on the basis of first come first serve.

It is the buyer's responsibility to request a cancellation of any pre ordered items prior to shipping.

It is your responsibility to include the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an address that you provided us incorrectly.

We completely understand that there are some circumstances where an order might need to be cancelled after it has shipped. Contact us and we'll see how we can work with you. In most cases, we are not able to cancel orders that have already been picked up by the courier. If that is the case, you will be responsible for paying return shipping (and all items must be unopened) in order to cancel and get a refund.
