Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority here at Mary Clan. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 5 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items. Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return. We will not allow undergarments and shoes to be refunded for these are final orders.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within (3) three- (4) four business days only after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be made within 24 hours of submitting the order..
