Shipping & Return Policy
- Only merchandise that is incorrect or defective can be returned for a refund.
- Returns due to the buyer’s own reason will be subject to exchanges or store credit and a 10% restocking fee, a minimum of $15.
- If the package is returned in opened condition, with the wrong label and tag and incomplete quantities, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee, a minimum of $15.
- It is the customer's responsibility to bring or send by mail the products to our facility for exchange.
- No return is accepted after 30 days.
- If buyer using forward shipping company to ship packages oversea, We can only give return label from the forward company to us. The buyer will be responsible to ship products to US domestic in any circumstance.
-Claims for any damage reported after 3 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Photos of damage need to be provided to us.
-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
-A whole pack (all pieces of one item) must be returned. No refund nor store credit for incomplete packs.

To cancel orders placed with us at Luv Fashion, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
