Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
The LA Jewelry House is constantly striving to serve the customers with the best quality customer service. The workers of LA Jewelry House constantly strive to ensure the fast and efficient method of processing and shipping out orders. When orders are received during business hours, the workers at LA Jewelry House will try to get the order out the same day. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a minimum of two business days. For shipping rates and arrival times please visit the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided.
Normal shipping pickup time is 4 pm PST Monday through Friday excluding holidays for UPS. We use UPS as our shipping method. Costs vary depending on weight, size, and destination. All orders received before 11 am(PST), will be processed shipped out the next day. Make sure your shipping address is correct before finishing your order. Errors will cause the package to be shipped to the wrong location and give you an invalid shipping quote.There is a $17.00 charge for changing the shipping address. This is the fee UPS charges. We do not ship UPS to PO Boxes.
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 5 business days of the delivered date. There will be a 25% restocking fee, unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped. All requests for any claims on your order must be made within 5 days (including weekends) in receipt of the merchandise, according to the tracking number. Any requests made after the fifth day will be refused with no exceptions. In all cases, reimbursements will be made by store credit, no exceptions. All returns will be processed through email to keep all records. All requests must be submitted via email, including your order number, style number, explanation of the return, and the picture of the merchandise, if necessary (must email a picture if you claim a merchandise to be defective). Returns must be shipped out on the next business day of our request and a tracking number must be emailed.
Do not ship out your return prior to our authorization.Any unauthorized or late shipments will be rejected with no exceptions.When returning items, include a copy of the invoice you received with your order. Any returns not shipped within 10 days in receipt of the merchandise according to the tracking number will be canceled. There will be no exchanges. If you have a missing item, once we confirm it from our records, we will give store credit for the missing amount. We do not issue call tags for returns. You must make shipping arrangements to return the merchandise. Use a service that has tracking or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

All cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Once it has left our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel. Cancellations must be requested by the customer (unless the merchandise is sold out this does not include back order items). Due to past issues, we are no longer able to cancel orders through the phone. The cancellation request should only be made by e-mail. Please do not forget to provide your order number. This will be useful for any future references if for some reason a canceled order is accidentally shipped out. If an order is not canceled, we are authorized to ship them out. It is the customer''s responsibility to cancel and monitor any pending orders or back orders, no matter how old the order is. If an order is not cancelled, we are authorized to ship them out. Please read our return policy for more information regarding orders that have not been cancelled.
