All Sale Items are FINAL.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (ie., quality, defective, missing, wrongly shipped items), Returns may be made with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without a RA number will not be accepted. RA numbers are obtained by Email Requests ONLY within 5 days of receiving your order. Return Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.
You must attach photo(s) of damaged/defective or wrongly shipped item(s) in the email ([email protected]). There will be a 30% restocking fee, unless the Return is for but not limited to defective, broken, or wrongly shipped items. Returns for defective/damaged item(s) must be shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) ONLY. **Shipping Fee will not be given for any other methods**
All refunds for defects/missing/wrongly shipped items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. **NO EXCEPTIONS** No exchanges.
Judys Wholesale's Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Judys Accessories, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
