Judith March has an internal approval process for all new accounts requesting to place their first order with us. Upon not being able to find a store's information in our current account list, we may reach out to you requesting more information to research your store. Our approval process ensures that new Judith March retailers currently carry brands that are comparable to our style, price, and brand aesthetic. Judith March reserves the right to approve or deny any potential customer that does not fit the current criteria that we have in place to become a new retailer.

Shipping & Return Policy
All sales are non-refundable. Returned orders can result in exchange or merchandise credit only. We do not refund credit cards. Shipping and handling fees are final.
There will be an automatic 20% restocking fee applied to all returns unless it is a damaged item or shipping issue on our behalf. If there is a damaged item in your order a Return Authorization (RA) label will be issued. You must report this and any other return within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise to get full credit back to your Judith March account.
All refused packages will result in a $30 fee.
All sale items are final.
***All New Customers must be reviewed prior to shipment. We must ensure that all customers meet the standards to be a JM wholesaler. The Judith March team reserves the right to approve or deny any order placed with our company. Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Judith March, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
